About the Company The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing and processing bi-weekly payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. About the Role This role involves managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities Implement and maintain payroll processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Process bi-weekly payroll for salary and hourly employees. Maintain payroll and employee records, including processing new hires, terminations, status changes and pay rate changes. Administration and reconciliation of employee benefits program. Manage the company’s Group Retirement Savings Plan (GRSP). Collaborate with the Finance department to assist with month-end reporting and year-end financial audits. Partner with HR leadership to develop and deliver insightful HR analytics dashboards, through Microsoft Power BI. Support the bi-annual Performance Management cycle, including merit increases, bonus payouts, and salary benchmarking activities. Qualifications Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role. Required Skills Strong understanding of payroll processes and relevant regulations. Experience and proficiency in ADP Workforce Now software. Proficiency in using data visualization tools, specifically Microsoft Power BI. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
