Responsibilities Oversee preparation, review, and maintenance of product and material specifications in SAP Lead change control coordination, annual product review (APQR), SOP development, and batch review and release Ensure timely investigation and resolution of deviations, complaints, and incidents, and manage CAPA effectiveness Provide quality assurance presence on production floor and support SAP quality module Translate regulatory and customer requirements into quality systems and communicate to staff Maintain training program and ensure compliance of site training procedures Report key quality performance indicators to senior management Perform additional duties as assigned External Interfaces Suppliers Clients Internal Interfaces Operations, Quality, Production, Commercial, Validation, Technical Services, Supply Chain Education & Experience Minimum BSc in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related discipline At least ten (10) years of QAC/Compliance experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare with five (5) years in a management role Experience with regulatory agencies and GMP standards for manufacturing, packaging, and testing Skills Required Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical processing techniques In-depth knowledge of cGMP regulations (Canada, US, EU), USP/BP/EP compendia, chemical and microbiological testing methods Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, SAP, TrackWise, MasterControl, ComplianceWire Bilingual (French & English) with proficiency in English essential Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report writing skills Qualified individuals with a disability may request assistance by contacting Join us and contribute to our global success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
