You’ll work alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking team of professionals.You’ll play a pivotal role in managing resources and leading the technical execution of control architecture specification, development, and validation within the rolling stock scope. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including vehicle engineering, software development, and testing teams), ensure compliance with processes and methodologies, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of overseeing sub-system functional integration and vehicle and sub-system software specification, but also lead verification and testing activities.We’ll look to you for:Maintaining team capacity within ±10% of the projected workloadEnsuring adequate staffing and skill alignment for project needsEnsuring effective application of tools and standard processesGuaranteeing zero missing Return on Experience (REX) between projectsDeploying and applying domain-specific processes, methodologies, and toolsSupporting the development of competencies and technical leadership within the teamAll about youDegree in Electrical, Computer, or Control EngineeringExperience or understanding of control systems, ideally within railway or industrial applicationsKnowledge of functional architecture descriptions, FMEA, and interface control documentsFamiliarity with embedded software development and verificationA certification in railway systems, automation, or embedded softwareStrong leadership and mentoring skillsAbility to monitor and apply evolving standards and regulationsBilingual French & English. Knowledge of a language other than French is an asset when dealing with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues and customers.
