What We’re Looking For Proven experience leading a premium or luxury retail store Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire teams Commercial mindset with a strong focus on client relationships, retention, and repeat business A sharp eye for what’s working and what isn’t — you read your floor, track your performers, and come to inventory conversations with your Retail Director prepared, specific, and with a point of view Strong computer skills are a must, including proficiency in Shopify, Microsoft Office, and retail systems Exceptional organizational and operational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Sharp attention to product, merchandising, presentation, and detail Proficiency in Retail Loss Prevention strategies and implementation Comfortable building processes and leading within a start-up retail environment The Opportunity A founding leadership role to build your team, execute the culture, and define the client experience from day one.
