Your Responsibilities You engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model, helping them find exactly what they want with a friends‑first mindset. You educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suggestions that fit their needs. You introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. You are flexible between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. You proactively resolve guest concerns, prioritizing satisfaction while following policy. You assist teammates and act as a reliable team player. You behave with integrity, adhering to all AEO policies and procedures. You'd Be Great For This Role If You love interacting with people.
