Role Summary As the Manager of Personnel & Scheduling, you will provide leadership and oversight to recruitment, staffing, scheduling, and personnel processes within the Edmonton region. You will play a key role in ensuring staffing stability, supporting employee performance, and maintaining compliance with employment standards and organizational policies. This position is well suited to a leader who enjoys balancing people management, operational coordination, and HR best practices.
