This critical leadership role will work alongside the ownership and an experienced team to optimize marketing, pricing strategies, and scalable manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of the business and industry to craft and execute a strategic growth plan . Work closely with Chief Financial Officer to pinpoint key performance metrics . Lead scalable operational improvements while maintaining in-house expertise. Drive sales and business development efforts to expand market share. Oversee ERP system selection and implementation to enhance efficiency.
