The Junior Technical Program Manager will support the ISG Mainframe Decommission program as part of XPG North America’s expansion initiatives. This role focuses on assisting with project execution, program coordination, and technical process improvements. The position involves working closely with cross-divisional stakeholders and technology teams to support automation, reporting, and adoption of new tools. The role offers strong mentorship, training opportunities, and exposure to senior leadership to support career growth within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Support the ISG Mainframe Decommission program team in executing and delivering program objectives. Assist in building project data models and automation solutions to improve program management processes. Collaborate with technology teams and cross-divisional stakeholders to support project initiatives. Contribute to documentation, reporting, and operational tracking for program activities. Assist in troubleshooting and supporting the adoption of new technologies such as Power BI and Generative AI tools. Support analysis and reporting activities using data and automation tools. Participate in continuous learning and integration of emerging technologies and tools. Work independently on assigned tasks while supporting overall team objectives. Assist with program coordination, planning, and tracking of deliverables. Required Skills: Strong program or project management knowledge. Basic understanding of automation tools, data analysis, or reporting platforms. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
