RidgeTech Automation is seeking a highly skilled Robotics Programmer to join our growing team.Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a post‑secondary degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Robotics & Automation, or a similar program. Robot programming experience with Fanuc, Yaskawa, Motoman, or ABB is required, and robotic welding (spot or MIG) would be an asset.Responsibilities Configuration and Set-up for Robotics ProjectsConfiguring and developing motion programsCreating offline robot simulationsCommissioning and debugging machines at client sitesSetting up robot safety/standard IO communicationsProgramming multiple robot applications (welding, material handling, glue/sealer, vision)Troubleshooting electrical/mechanical and fluid power systemsSimulation of robots with 3D models using various softwareCore IntegrationPLC & HMI software development using Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, Omron, ToyopucElectrical and fluid power designs using EPLAN and AutoCADMotion control systems using Rockwell, Siemens, BoschPeripheral systems including vision systems, marking systems, weld systems, etc.Additional robot programming and set-up using ABB, Fanuc, Motoman, or YaskawaEqual Opportunity Statement RidgeTech Automation is an equal opportunity employer.
