This role plays a key part in shaping application architecture, applying modern development practices, and mentoring junior developers while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders. The position is hybrid.If you enjoy solving complex problems, building thoughtful and maintainable solutions, and helping others grow, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.What You’ll DoApplication Development & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain internal and customer‑facing applications and system integrations.Own solution architecture with a focus on scalability, security, performance, and long‑term maintainability.Apply validation, quality assurance, and security design throughout the development lifecycle.Ensure solutions follow modern development best practices and sustainability standards.Communication & Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.Co‑create elegant, user‑centered designs aligned with business needs and available technologies.Clearly communicate technical concepts, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences.Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay current with modern development languages, frameworks, platforms, and industry trends; apply new knowledge to improve solution quality, innovation, and delivery efficiency; identify and recommend improvements to development processes, tools, and standards.Guidance & Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers in both technical and professional growth; delegate work thoughtfully to support team development and project timelines; recommend training, learning resources, and educational opportunities for the team.What You BringStrong analytical, logical, and problem‑solving skills.Critical thinking and innovation, including design experimentation and storyboarding.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; very strong English skills.Experience in database design and data normalization.Comfort working with .NET technologies and modern web languages.Experience with container technologies.A mindset focused on continuous improvement and adding value through new ideas.Experience & EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.5+ years of professional software development experience.Application deadline May 15, 2026.Accessibility accommodations available upon request.#J-18808-Ljbffr
