Your Key Responsibilities Direct, organize, and control work to administer contracts of varying size and complexity. Work on moderate to complex problems requiring thorough analysis of situations or data. Ensure work on contracts proceeds according to plans, procedures, contract specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate and/or participate in the review of contract package documentation and ability to identify and communicate any potential errors, omissions, inconsistencies or conflicts that are found in a timely manner Coordinate your team’s inspection activities to ensure conformance with specifications and contract documents. Confirm that work on contracts proceeds in accordance with approved designs and contract specifications. Review and prepare recommendations via memo format for clients in response to RFC's, change orders, claims, change proposals, RFI's or EOT's. Review and issue responses to RFCs in collaboration with the project manager and client. Manage progress payment reviews and approvals. Review claims before presenting them to the project manager and client. Prepare and issue instruction notices with collaboration from the PM and client. Mentor and coach junior staff and monitor and advise on staff levels and requirements for your project team.
