An established and rapidly growing public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support the next phase of its growth. This is a leadership-focused opportunity with a meaningful book of business, strong internal structure, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture. The Manager will be responsible for managing and growing an existing book of business, while leading a dedicated team and maintaining strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include: Ownership and oversight of client engagements from planning through delivery Leadership and development of a team Running and/or contributing to daily morning meetings Participation in quarterly projects and firm initiatives Ensuring client deadlines are met in a well-planned, structured environment Maintaining service excellence in a fast-paced but well-organized practice Must-haves: Minimum of 5 years in a public practice setting Previous experience in a client-facing leadership or engagement management capacity Proven ability to manage teams and client relationships Nice-to-haves: Experience managing a significant book of business Comfort operating in an entrepreneurial or growth-oriented firm Why This Opportunity?
