Job Description Westland Insurance Group Ltd is seeking an Insurance Advisor to work at our Mindemoya, Ontario office. The role focuses on identifying sales opportunities, recommending personal lines insurance solutions, and closing new business, while representing the Westland brand. Expected Compensation Hiring range: $20.54 to $25.67 (35‑hour work week). Salary will depend on qualifications, experience, market conditions, and internal equity. Responsibilities Represent Westland brand and values and deliver trusted insurance advice and exceptional service. Assess client needs and recommend home, auto, and lifestyle insurance solutions. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to support growth. Manage client inquiries, documentation, and concerns in line with policies and service standards. Maintain accurate client records in accordance with privacy and compliance requirements. Collaborate with colleagues, management, and insurance partners to foster strong teamwork. Participate in sales initiatives, community events, and business development activities. Qualifications Strong knowledge of personal lines underwriting with a proactive, sales‑driven, client‑focused approach. Ability to identify opportunities and recommend solutions that meet client needs and business goals. High attention to detail and strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients across multiple channels. Organized, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
