The Edelman Toronto team is seeking a bold, insightful, and passionate candidate to join our fast‑growing Creator Marketing team as a Account Executive , focusing on the food space. You will be responsible for supporting day‑to‑day execution of creator programs, working with a team of experts on creator sourcing, program development, and cross‑platform creator brand integrations, and supporting specialized areas of expertise, including digital, social, creative, and paid media. Responsibilities Evaluate creator and talent partners, including social media content creators, speakers, thought leaders, advocates, small business owners, athletes, and more, to determine suitability for clients based on established criteria. Manage creator partnerships from proposal through management and reporting to final invoice payment. Assist in campaign execution from start to finish including creator identification, outreach, negotiation, management of deliverables, and campaign reporting. Lead executional tactics for offline/online activations with creators. Actively source opportunities for creator programming with existing clients and provide strategic recommendations on how creators can amplify current and future initiatives. Participate in agency billing and invoicing procedures. Support all influencer contracts, payments, and POs. Demonstrate a collaborative, hard‑working team spirit focused on serving the team and client needs. Contribute to program recaps and reporting. Stay informed about social and cultural trends relevant to influencer and content creator landscapes. Basic Qualifications Relevant internship or full‑time experience in Digital, Content, or Brand Marketing including social media and community management. Passion for creator marketing and its evolving landscape. Interest in and ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers/content creators, agents, and managers. Understanding and knowledge of popular social platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, Threads, Twitter/X. Possess strong writing and verbal communication skills. Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to conduct research and summarize findings effectively. Able to work effectively with all levels of internal contacts (junior staff, peers, and senior staff). Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Communicative and proactive self‑starter who takes initiative in their work. Able to work a hybrid schedule, three days a week in office or with clients. Preferred Qualifications Agency experience within creator‑specific marketing, including creator identification, program management, outreach strategies, content planning, contracting/negotiations, paid promotion, and reporting. Past experience working with food & beverage clients or interest in food & beverage, and interest in sports partnerships. Proven experience overseeing the quality and operational performance of accounts, ensuring work quality and deadline adherence. Experience working with multiple tiers of influencers and supporting programs across multiple digital channels. Knowledge of best practices for all top social media platforms and guidelines. Experience driving influencer partnership negotiations using language that bridges brand goals and influencer requirements. Basic understanding of metrics, ability to gather/build metrics decks, and basic knowledge of additional measurement tactics to demonstrate success of programming. Identified and planned against KPIs and goals for campaigns.
