Core Values We Before Me , Bias to Act , The Extra 1% , Accountable to Outcomes , Unconditional Transparency , and Forgiveness . About the Role We’re looking for a Demand‑Generation Manager to own the new‑logo pipeline for our tree‑care segment. The role is an individual‑contributor position on a fast‑moving demand‑gen team, with full revenue accountability for the tree‑care new‑logo pipeline while working closely with Brand, Partnerships, Digital, Content, Product Marketing, and Market Engagement teams. Key Responsibilities Own pipeline accountability for tree‑care new‑logo, including sales‑accepted targets and campaign strategy that ladders to those numbers. Develop and execute a quarterly campaign plan, including priorities, tiers, and capacity requests in partnership with Events, Partnerships, Design, Digital, and Content. Create campaign briefs—offer, audience, messaging direction, target SAL volume, and key dates. Own email marketing, landing‑page builds, and webinar execution for the segment. Analyze live campaign performance (demo held rate, conversion patterns, channel mix, lead quality) and read pipeline shape and pacing against quarterly targets. Translate signals into next campaign decisions, including pivot, kill, or double‑down calls. Develop deep segment expertise on tree‑care operators and maintain a feedback loop with Product Marketing. Collaborate closely with Market Engagement to convert leads into held meetings and maintain the joint held‑rate. Keep campaigns clean, consistent, and free of gaps. Who You’ll Work With Product Marketing – positioning, ICP, messaging frameworks, competitor & market landscape, and product webinars. Brand & Events – trade shows, partnership webinars, and event‑driven campaigns. Digital, Content, and Marketing Operations – execution layer. Market Engagement – inbound qualification and conversion of campaign leads. Demand‑Gen Manager, Landscaping – peer in a different segment. Required Experience and Skills 5+ years in demand‑generation or related growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS. Track record of owning a pipeline number and hitting it, not just running campaigns. Fluency with campaign performance data, funnel metrics, and actionable insights. Comfort owning end‑to‑end email copy, strategy, send, and measurement. Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully across functions. Preferred: experience marketing a vertical‑specific product or working with SMB/mid‑market buyers. Tree‑care or green‑industry experience is a bonus. How You Operate Read and act on data independently; no wait for weekly meetings. Build deep intuition on the tree‑care operator and reflect it in every brief. Recommend actions (pivot, double‑down, kill) when campaigns underperform. Maintain close ties with sales: listen to calls, talk to AEs, and observe prospect conversations. Operate with relentless curiosity, exploring AI for efficiency. Comfort with AI Have actively used AI tools in day‑to‑day marketing work. Curious about agentic AI and willing to partner on tooling. View AI adoption as an opportunity rather than a threat. Learning and Collaboration Bring a strong point of view while maintaining a collaborative spirit. Communicate clearly; write briefs that don’t require follow‑up clarification. Bias to ship and move fast; prioritize continuous improvement. Tools You Should Know Required: HubSpot, Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), Zoom Webinars, and hands‑on experience with one or more AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT with custom workflows, Zapier AI, Clay). Bonus: Designed an AI‑powered workflow that significantly changed operations or led a vertical‑specific demand program at a SaaS company. Compensation Canada‑based candidates: CAD 100,000 – 125,000 U.S.‑based candidates: USD 100,000 – 125,000 Benefits and Work‑Life Balance Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and HSA/FSA benefits for U.S. employees. Employer‑funded HSA‑based benefits in Canada, including drug, dental, and mental‑health coverage. 401(k) matching (U.S.) and RRSP matching (Canada). Unlimited Paid Time Off, paid company holidays, and a company‑wide winter break from December 24 to January 1.
