We are currently looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The Social Media Coordinator will look after PMRI’s visual corporate identity and volunteer engagement and awareness to promote registration. Responsible for digital content creation and design, social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other marketing sources), campaign planning and execution, and communication support to achieve our corporate branding awareness and volunteer registration goals. This position reports to the Study Recruiting & Screening Manager. Duties and Responsibilities Duties include, but are not necessarily limited to: Design and Content Creation Responsibilities Adopt the corporate identity across the creative/communication materials and ensure consistent brand presentation. Produce and design marketing materials for flyers, brochures, campaigns, or blogs, etc. Produce and edit videos for marketing campaigns or clinic usage. Photo manipulation, editing, and compositing as required. Support the development of sales/presentation materials by utilizing visual storytelling skills. Manage production of creative projects from concept to completion. Develop, update, and optimize website pages and landing pages to support recruitment and engagement Social Media Marketing Responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of social media marketing, including marketing towards sponsors, participants, and the public. Develop marketing plans and initiatives to achieve study recruitment targets with the Study Recruiting & Screening Manager. Develop and execute paid media strategies on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and others to generate conversions. Manage, analyze, and monitor social media accounts to optimize content for search engines and lead generation (both organic and paid campaigns). Generate ideas, strategies and materials with other departments for social media and company webpages. Collaborate with other teams, like project management, IT, marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency. Drive digital marketing and automation campaigns across various online channels - SEO, social media, digital ads, and influencers. Create email marketing strategies and manage their deployment. Keep up to date with all industry trends, insights, topics, and best practices. Participate regularly in training programs including GCP, SOP training, and PMRI in-house training modules. Other Duties as required. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Communications. Knowledge of the medical or pharmaceutical industry is an asset. At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or community management. Experience in running various advertising campaigns through email or on platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. Understanding or experience in data-driven marketing and data analytics.Previous experience working within the medical or pharmaceutical industry would be an asset. Fluent in English (spelling and grammar). Strong MS Office skills and in using graphic or video design-related software. Experience with social media content creation, including social media calendars and ad copy, across various channels and media types. Ability to work with minimum supervision.
