We’re looking for a Partner Manager, Channel Partnerships (Success) to be part of our Partnerships department. The Partnerships team works with businesses from industry-leading companies to freelancers to bring new users to Jobber or build product experiences for our mutual users. We are responsible for establishing and managing strategic relationships with our largest partners as well as managing smaller program partners. The role: Reporting to the Director, Channel Partnerships , the Partner Manager is accountable for everything that happens post‑contract execution to ensure our partners experience the best Jobber partnership possible. The role is hyper‑focused on the engagement and continued growth of our highest‑value partners, including long‑term planning, managing license re‑up purchases/renewals, running quarterly business reviews, advocating for Jobber Payments, and serving as the primary point of contact to drive growth, retention, and a best‑in‑class partner experience. Key responsibilities include: Owning alignment with the Director on partner goals, training focus, and success metrics, ensuring clarity and proactively identifying gaps or risks. Identifying and leading partner expansion opportunities through joint business plans, including new markets, upsell and cross‑sell strategies. Designing and executing tailored onboarding strategies in partnership with CSMs, aligning to partner org structures and success outcomes. Owning partner health and performance by monitoring key product metrics, identifying risks, and driving action plans to improve retention and engagement. Leading cross‑functional reviews with Sales and other teams to identify expansion, referral opportunities, and systemic risks, and driving aligned action plans. Owning and deepening strategic partner relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and the primary point of contact for complex or high‑value partnerships. Leading and evolving quarterly business reviews (QBRs), delivering insights, aligning on priorities, and driving measurable outcomes. Advocating for partners by translating feedback into actionable insights that influence internal priorities and partner strategy. Owning the enablement of partners on new product features, ensuring adoption aligns with partner goals and drives measurable value. Driving adoption and optimization of Jobber Payments across partners, identifying opportunities, removing blockers, and influencing partner behavior. Developing deep product expertise to advise partners and internal stakeholders on best‑fit solutions and tradeoffs. Analyzing market, industry, and competitive trends to inform partnership strategy and identify new growth opportunities. Influencing partner GTM prioritization by building trust‑based relationships and aligning on shared outcomes. Leading cross‑functional collaboration to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and partner success. Collaborating with sales, success, marketing, product and engineering teams to provide partners with the best experience and growth opportunities. Serving as the go‑to person for a large portfolio of valuable partners. Traveling to conferences and partner sites as required. Being highly goal‑oriented with experience in managing and growing partnerships. To be successful, you should have: Proven years of experience in a partnership, business development or account management role. Dynamic and partner‑mindful with the ability to nurture relationships after deal closure. Strategic thinking – understanding long‑ and short‑term stakes and crafting tactical plans. Results orientation – thriving in outcome‑driven, merit‑based environments. Problem‑solving – taking ownership of challenges and delivering solutions swiftly. Strong, confident communication – listening actively and consulting with partners to uncover their true needs. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting and balance multiple projects concurrently. Impeccable attention to detail, follow‑through, and resourcefulness. Exceptional problem‑solving skills and creative, efficient navigation of challenges. Willingness to travel regularly to conferences and partner sites. Compensation At Jobber we believe compensation should be transparent, fair, and reflective of experience and growth. This role has a minimum Total Target Commission (TTC) of $109,976, a midpoint of $129,328 and a maximum of $148,798. The TTC includes base salary and a 20% incentive paid quarterly for achieving goals. Base salary is complemented by equity rewards, annual stipends for health and wellness, retirement savings matching, and fully‑paid extended health coverage. Location The role is open to candidates based in one of Jobber’s hub cities: Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener‑Waterloo .
