We are looking for a Lullaland Leader who will be responsible for delivering our weekly classes. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, builds rapport easily, and thrives in a busy, interactive environment. The right person will share our interest in baby development and enjoy performing and singing in front of others. Responsibilities Lead weekly classes, presenting and performing in front of groups. Guide the class assistant to ensure smooth execution of the session. Lead set‑up and tear‑down of class space, including tidying, sanitizing, and organizing props and equipment. Greet and welcome grownups, engaging them with warmth and energy. Use props such as colorful scarves, parachutes, and bubbles to stimulate babies and toddlers in an enthusiastic manner. Provide calm and clear direction in a busy space, improvise/adlib as needed, and transport an eager audience to their Lullaland adventure. Transport and safeguard equipment, using a reliable vehicle to travel between city‑wide locations and the East St. Paul venue. Stay available for 2-3 days per week, including class times and additional time for training and session planning. Qualifications Enthusiastic, energetic, and socially engaging personality. Ability to connect naturally with both babies and grownups. Experience performing, singing, and leading in front of audiences. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and responsibility. Owns a reliable vehicle capable of transporting equipment (large car or medium‑sized SUV preferred, but not required). Good multitasking ability and calm leadership in a busy setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
