About the Opportunity Lead end-to-end strategy and execution across company national events, conferences, and tradeshow portfolio, including concept development, planning, delivery, and performance measurement Manage all other company-related events, including townhalls and other internal events Manage vendor and agency partnerships, including selection, negotiation, performance management, and cost control Own event and tradeshow budgets, including financial planning, cost forecasts, and recommendations to optimize spend and ROI Act as the primary experiential partner to Sales Leadership, aligning event objectives with commercial priorities and customer engagement goals Establish and maintain standardized playbooks for event planning, execution, logistics, and post-event evaluation to enable consistency and scalability Oversee the online merchandise and POS store portal to support Sales with tradeshows and customer engagement activities Provide on-site leadership and decision-making authority at all major events, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless activation Define and measure key event performance and present insights post-event to inform future experiential decisions Monitor industry trends and activations to drive continuous improvement and innovation in event programs Prioritize and manage ad-hoc requests and special projects in the events and tradeshow space as needed Core Competencies Event and Experiential Leadership – You understand how to design and deliver live experiences that reinforce brand positioning and support commercial goals Operational Excellence – You are comfortable managing complex logistics, tight timelines, and high-visibility activations Vendor & Partner Management – You lead agencies and suppliers with clear expectations, accountability, and cost discipline Cross Functional Collaboration – You work effectively with Sales, Product, Marketing, Logistics, and external partners Budget & ROI Accountability – You are comfortable owning event budgets and evaluating effectiveness to inform future investment decisions About You A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 6–8+ years of progressive experience in events, tradeshows, and experiential marketing Demonstrated experience leading large-scale events or national tradeshows Strong experience managing vendors, budgets, logistics, and onsite execution Tire or automotive experience an asset Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with various cross‑functional teams Pay Range $80,000 - $90,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
