This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in complex build environments and knows how to bring together engineering, construction, vendors, and utilities to deliver at scale.What You’ll Be Responsible ForLead full‑lifecycle delivery of data center builds—from design through construction, commissioning, and handoverDrive program execution across multiple sites, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, budget, and riskPartner with engineering teams on MEP systems, power distribution, and cooling strategies (including high‑density and liquid cooling environments)Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure quality, accountability, and performanceCoordinate with utilities on capacity planning, infrastructure upgrades, and expansion requestsBuild and maintain detailed project schedules (MS Project) tied to construction milestonesOwn capex forecasting, including cost tracking, cash flow alignment, and variance reportingDevelop clear, executive-level reporting on project status, risks, and performanceWhat You Bring10+ years of experience in construction or program management within data centers or similar critical infrastructure/mission critical facilities and environmentsStrong understanding of power, cooling, and MEP systems in complex buildsProven ability to manage large‑scale, design‑build projects with multiple stakeholdersAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Project for scheduling, tracking, and reportingHands‑on experience with capex budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlExperience working with utilities and infrastructure planning (power, upgrades, capacity requests)Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage complex information without losing accuracyStrong communicator who can translate technical detail into clear executive updatesWhat Makes You EffectiveYou take ownership and operate with a high level of autonomyYou’re proactive; you don’t wait for problems to surfaceYou’re comfortable in fast‑paced, evolving environments with multiple prioritiesYou influence across teams without relying on formal authorityYou bring structure, clarity, and discipline to complex programsPrimary focus on projects in Ontario (Toronto & London), with visibility across AlbertaLocation flexibility may be considered for the right candidateThis is a senior‑level, individual contributor role reporting into the executive level, with significant cross‑functional leadershipIf you’ve led complex infrastructure builds and know how to manage both the technical and commercial sides of delivery, this is an opportunity to take ownership of high-impact projects in a rapidly growing environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
