Your main responsibilities will include: Responds to member inquiries, maintains database accuracy, and organizes records. Administer specific programs, such as professional development seminars or membership retention initiatives. Perform timely retention calls. Contribute to policy implementation and special projects. Occasionally cover reception duties. Support member growth and retention through exceptional customer service. Recommend process improvements. Handle over 60,000 transactions and 45,000 inquiries annually. What you bring to the job You are someone who knows how to communicate with diverse audiences and loves to collaborate with a team. You stay calm when under pressure and come with the following qualifications and skills: Fluency in English and French. College diploma (preferably in Business Administration). At least one year of customer service and data entry experience. Proficiency in MS Office and aptitude for working with numbers. Knowledge of the iMIS database is an asset. Prioritizes member needs and ensures satisfaction with timely, effective responses. Delivers accurate, high-quality results that reflect well on the organization. Demonstrates ethical behavior and maintains confidentiality. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Experience with data entry, database management, and membership or record processing. Familiarity with accounting processes and the iMIS database (preferred).
