Overview In this senior individual-contributor role, you’ll own the end-to-end Canadian payroll (bi-weekly & monthly) and lead benefits administration for a growing international company. You’ll partner closely with HR, Finance, and external providers to deliver a reliable, employee-centred payroll experience. What you’ll do Run accurate, compliant payroll cycles (bi-weekly & monthly) and maintain clean employee data (hires, terminations, leaves). Administer group benefits (enrolment/changes/terminations, wellness allowances, vendor files) and resolve employee inquiries with care. Prepare year-end returns (T4, RL-1, T4A) and support audit requests; reconcile source deductions and remittances. Build clear dashboards and reports (payroll KPIs, equity, benefits cost tracking) for leadership. Drive improvements (workflows, documentation, employee comms) that make payroll and benefits simpler and faster. Ensure policy and legislative compliance across provinces; act as the Dayforce “go-to” for payroll. What you bring 5–6+ years of full-cycle payroll experience in Canada.
