Overview HireLoft Recruitment is working with a well-established, growing company in search of a Corporate Controller to lead financial reporting across a group of entities. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for full-cycle accounting oversight, consolidated financial reporting, and team management. You’ll be reporting directly to the Director of Finance and play a key part in driving financial accuracy and compliance across multiple business units. Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reporting under IFRS Oversee general ledger accounting across multiple entities Ensure strong internal controls and compliance processes are maintained Manage the external audit process and tax filings Support the budgeting and month-end close processes Lead and mentor a mid-sized accounting team What We’re Looking For CPA designation is required Big 4 public accounting background is mandatory 10+ years of progressive experience in senior accounting or controllership roles Strong hands-on experience in multi-entity consolidation and financial reporting Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys building structure, and brings a strong reporting and compliance mindset to the table.
