This position will provide critical support for clinical diagnostic Newborn Screening and Metabolic laboratory testing in the SHA Department of Laboratory Medicine. This position will lead validations and verifications of both commercial and lab-developed tests to meet clinical laboratory accreditation standards. They will write and review laboratory protocols, guide quality control and quality assurance activities, and help trouble-shoot issues with assays or instrumentation in the lab.
