About This Team The Enterprise Data & AI team is a strategic and operational driver of growth, owning and building data and AI platforms and products that enable the enterprise to operate with intelligence at scale, delivering a trusted unified data foundation, advanced analytics capabilities, and AI solutions across the retail ecosystem, while embedding strong governance and responsible AI practices. A Day In The Life Drive Strategic Execution: Partner with the SVP and leadership team to translate vision into actionable plans, align priorities, and monitor progress. Act as Key Liaison: Serve as the SVP’s primary point for requests, triage priorities, and coordinate delivery across VP teams and stakeholders. Lead Operational Rhythm: Own quarterly business reviews, leadership meetings, and strategic offsites; design agendas and ensure follow‑through on decisions. Enable Communication & Partnerships: Build strong cross‑functional relationships and craft narratives that articulate vision and progress to senior leadership. Support Financial & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with FP&A and Tech Ops on budgets, and partner with TPMO and global regions to drive process improvements. Practice curiosity in a rapidly evolving technology space to form outside‑in perspective and an internal understanding of business value of AI‑ML. Act as a trusted mediator to improve turnaround. Communication & Change Management Prevent confusion and ensure adoption. Deliver high‑quality presentations. Support smooth change rollouts. Analytical Mindset & Business Acumen Align technology with business value. Implement OKRs and make data‑driven decisions. Quantify ROI. Technical Fluency & Domain Expertise Work with engineers to present complex architectures and AI development plans on strategic products. Build credibility and link tech decisions to business outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 7+ years of work experience. Strong technical and analytical acumen with the ability to self‑serve and become a go‑to person for reporting and analytics. Detail and results‑oriented, self‑directed and accountable with strong project management and execution skills demonstrating the ability to drive results across a distributed set of stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including an ability to communicate clearly and concisely when working closely with executives. Experience leading and developing a dynamic team focused on support, operations, and planning within technology environments. Compensation And Benefits Package Dollars operate on pay‑for‑performance: Typical hiring range is $145,000 - $190,300 annually; base pay may vary based on location and experience.
