Scaling ad production by turning the Media Team into a fast-moving creative machine. Producing more concepts, more videos, more graphics, and more tests that help us find winners faster. Using AI to multiply the team’s output. From speeding up editing, versioning, testing, analysis, and performance-driven creative decisions. You’re open to using AI as one of many tools in your toolbox. Leading a growing team of 6 motion designers, videographers and photographers, who know how to create content that sells. Conducting regular team reviews, offering feedback and opportunities for growth, while ensuring every video and image tells a compelling story and exceeds our KPI’s. Establishing measurable goals for the team, focusing on both short-term and long-term objectives. These OKRs should align with company vision, ensuring that the team stays focused on high-impact work. Conducting performance reviews to track individual and team progress. Provide constructive feedback and recognize achievements to foster a growth-driven culture. Scheduling regular one-on-ones with each member of the team to discuss career goals, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Making sure these conversations are collaborative and focused on providing the support they need to succeed. Overseeing the recruitment process to ensure that new hires in the Media Team are aligned with the team’s values and creative direction. Prioritize skills and cultural fit while ensuring diversity of thought and approach. Staying on top of timelines, resources, and budgets to make sure projects are delivered on time and within scope—no surprises. Design split tests, then analyze performance metrics to continually improve video and media content, making everything more effective. Keeping up with industry trends and innovations, always looking for fresh ways to elevate content and capture attention. Understanding our customers and ensuring every piece of content delivers value and keeps them coming back. Qualifications 5+ years of experience scaling creative production — building systems, workflows, and feedback loops that help a media team produce more ads, test more angles, find more winners, and improve performance over time. 3+ years of experience in leading and managing teams. You’re not just a doer; you’re a proven leader who knows how to guide a media team to create assets that sell products or services. A yoda-like knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)—if these tools are second nature to you, we want to talk. Experience working with Frame.io, Studio Binder, and Miro. Solid motion graphic skills—you’ve got the eye and the talent to make visuals pop. Stay on top of the latest AI tools and know how to use them to make production faster, more efficient, and more effective, without compromising creative quality. A background in digital marketing & e-commerce. You’re not just a producer, you’re a salesperson with a camera! You understand how video assets play a role in sales letters, funnels, and paid media ads. A solid grasp of budgeting and finance basics. You know how to keep projects on track and on budget. Experience in the health or supplement industry is a plus. It’s not essential. But if you’ve got it, we’ll definitely take notice.
