Work arrangement: Hybrid – 2-3 days in office Tuesdays and Thursdays preferred Scheduled Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm Typical Day in Role Working sessions with business, technology, and operations SMEs to understand and document system/process flows Manage the deliverables to meet target timelines Manage agile delivery board for tracking deliverables Assemble PowerPoint slides for executive and peer presentation Design stimulation exercises for resiliency activities Identify process assistance gaps and collaborate with SMEs for enhancement options Collaborate with developers, architects, operation managers, and business product owners/managers to come up with solutions Candidate Requirements / Must-Have Skills 8+ years of experience as a BA within FI 3+ years of experience within payment product Wires, ACH, EFT or International Money Transfer Strong operational knowledge on payment processing protocol Experience with end‑to‑end application journey mapping/process flow mapping Spanish proficiency is mandatory Nice-to-Have Skills Strong proficiency with MS Visio and PPT BA experience at top 5 banks in Canada Experience in development or infrastructure operation areas Experience working with Jira/Confluence Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Contract Job Function Project Management, Finance, and Information Technology Industries Financial Services, Investment Banking, and Banking #J-18808-Ljbffr
