The Sr FA will play a key role in supporting various business divisions by delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, monitoring KPIs, and providing strategic insights to inform business decisions.Responsibilities include supporting month-end financial analysis, assisting with annual budget preparation, and managing monthly forecasting activities. Conducting routine and ad hoc analysis in a variety of areas—scenario analysis, competitive analysis, revenue analysis, expense analysis, cost/benefit analysis, SWOT analysis, etc. Preparing business cases and supporting strategic business decision support.The Sr FA will work closely with senior leadership as a strategic finance partner, while also collaborating with the accounting team to support overall business operations and financial performance. This role will involve plenty of Excel-based financial modeling. Using a financial system ERP, as well as various BI systems such as Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and other Oracle tools.Who- the Candidate We are seeking a senior finance professional with at least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and FP&A.CPA or CFAdesignation preferred, but not necessarily required. Experience in a global technology company is highly preferred.Most important are the technical FP&A skills in the areas mentioned above. Must be proficient in Excel, including financial modeling.How Much Hourly ratecommensurate with experience, education, and qualifications, likely in the range of $42 to $55 an hour.
