Role : Data Governance Consultant Length : 6 months (long term extension likely) Location : Remote Your New Company Our client is a mission-driven organization focused on delivering meaningful impact through data-driven decision-making. They are investing heavily in strengthening enterprise data capabilities, with a key focus on governance, compliance, and data quality to support scalable and secure operations. Your New Role As a Data Governance Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing enterprise-wide data governance frameworks and capabilities. You will lead initiatives focused on data quality, metadata management, lineage tracking, and compliance, leveraging Microsoft Purview and modern data platforms. You will partner cross-functionally to elevate governance maturity, establish standards, and drive adoption across both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This includes building governance policies, enabling data classification and cataloging, automating workflows, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
