Team Member – Grocery Store Vince’s Market is an independent grocery chain serving communities in Sharon, Newmarket, Uxbridge, and Tottenham, Ontario. Position Overview As a Team Member you will work in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment, completing a variety of tasks across departments. The role requires full year‑round availability, evening and weekend shifts, and a minimum of 18 years of age. You will be paid up to $23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, with a transparent compensation scale and benefits that start after 3 months. Responsibilities Perform general store operations, including customer service, stocking, and merchandising. Adhere to specific department standards. Control inventory accurately. Participate in food education initiatives. Obtain and maintain Smart Serve Certification. Engage with the team to improve store operations and customer experience. Qualifications At least 18 years of age. Full year‑round availability for evening and weekend shifts. Strong interest in food and customer service. Previous experience in food service or grocery environments is a plus, but not required. Ability to obtain and maintain Smart Serve Certification.
