We are looking to add a Product Reliability Engineer (Analytics) to our Field Services team in Vancouver, BC. Reporting to the Manager – Reliability, this role is responsible for expanding our analysis and reporting capabilities within the reliability function. An ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys developing innovative solutions. Job Responsibilities Assist with developing accurate and valid reports within defined KPI’s and metrics. Contributes to improvements and understanding of system reliability KPIs. Gathers, analyzes, and interprets product reliability data and statistics, through a variety of appropriate methods. Assists with collating failure statistics to conduct trend analysis of system failures. Provide formal reports to clients and internal stakeholders on specific failure events and trends in both Spanish and English. Assists with identifying continuous improvement opportunities for collecting and reporting reliability data on products and components. Collaborates with Data, Operations, Field Services, and Engineering to build an aligned understanding of system and component reliability. Additional duties as occasionally required by your manager. Qualifications Generally, a 4-year degree/Bachelor's degree specialized in a relevant discipline (e.g., Reliability Engineering or related qualification & certification). Generally, 0‑2+ years in a product reliability-focused role, with manufacturing and mining/technology experience being preferred. Ability to communicate, and provide formal reporting, in English. Spanish speaking abilities are considered an asset. Experience in statistics and data analysis. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self‑starter, ability to work independently and in teams. Experience working in Microsoft 365. Experience in survival analysis is an asset. Experience in Python/SQL is an asset.
