What is the opportunity? The Global Equity Derivatives Technology team is embarking on an ambitious modernization initiative for the Sophis platform, transforming how we deliver critical trading and risk management capabilities across Capital Markets. In this role, you will lead the product evolution of a complex, enterprise-scale system that supports structured notes, options, swaps, and other equity derivatives products. You’ll serve as the central point of alignment among diverse internal stakeholders who depend on Sophis. You will be responsible for the prioritization of the book of work for the global team of developers who must maintain a balance between production stability and transformation. This is an opportunity to shape the future of our platform and play a leadership role within our technology team. What will you do? Manage cross-functional programs across Capital Markets Manage stakeholder relationships across functions including the COO Group, Finance, and QTS Act as the central point of intake for stakeholder requirements for the Sophis application Develop the product roadmap for the Sophis application alongside the technology lead Drive team capacity and staffing decisions Manage financials What do you need to succeed? Must have 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience within Capital Markets Excellent oral and written communication skills Proven track record of managing complex programs and dealing with cross-functional stakeholders Deep understanding of equity derivatives business flows and their trade lifecycle including settlements, confirmations, and life cycle events Experience working in a leadership role within global, distributed technology or operations teams Passionate about team collaboration and championing culture Nice-to-have Prior experience with the Sophis platform or similar Capital Markets trading/risk management systems Background in business analysis What’s in it for you?
