Position Overview The regional brand manager’s role is to increase and develop the presence of the Moroccanoil brand in the professional market within their respective territory. This territory will work specifically with multiple distributors to drive the brand. The RBM is responsible for opening new doors and the growth of existing ones by focusing on the development of Moroccanoil’s professional hair color line as well as the full retail and body collections. The successful candidates will establish macro and micro strategies focused on education, marketing, and sales initiatives to meet and exceed these sales goals. Tasks & Responsibilities Establish and implement initiatives to generate sales and achieve sales goals. Attend and deliver Moroccanoil key messages, philosophies, and product knowledge classes at monthly sales meetings and communicate regularly through conference calls and email. Strong focus on developing the professional hair color collection throughout territory. Drive “sell-through” of all monthly promotions and programs with sales consultants, stores and salons. Coordinate and facilitate education, tradeshows, events, and sales/marketing initiatives. Analyze data to determine strategic opportunities within geographic regions and salons. Ensure marketing material is up to date, available, and utilized appropriately. Collect and share competitive and market data. Ensure merchandising standards are enforced in salons and professional stores. Open and establish strong professional relationships with trend setting and prestige salons. Prepare a bimonthly recap/report of your territory. Qualifications Desire to expand role and grow within the organization. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strategic and creative thinker comfortable working with numbers. Excellent communicator and presenter (verbal and written). Autonomous and proactive problem solver. Ability to build strong working relationships across all functional areas. Works well under pressure. Previous experience working in the professional haircare industry. 2+ years of experience in sales or retail. Ability to travel 50% of the time and work weekends.
