Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with 8–10 years of experience managing enterprise-level technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP implementations, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Candidate Must Have 8–10 years of experience in IT project management within mid-to-large-scale organizations. 5+ years managing enterprise system projects, preferably ERP, CRM, or large-scale application deployments. Proven track record delivering ERP implementation projects (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.). Strong ability to build consensus among multi-stakeholder teams and drive projects to successful completion. Excellent written and verbal communication and strong client-facing skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred. Experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics (AX / D365) is an asset. Experience managing projects involving reporting, collaboration platforms, integrations, or data migration is an asset. Excellent communication and team management abilities. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects, ensuring adherence to approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Define clear and achievable project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), effort estimates, project plans, and resource schedules. Oversee day-to-day project execution, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timely issue resolution. Provide best-practice guidance across the project lifecycle: planning, analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, and transition. Monitor project performance and recommend timeline adjustments, cost changes, or resource reallocations when needed. Ensure all team members adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and governance standards. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction, proactively identifying risks and ensuring effective communication. Facilitate collaboration across internal teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage conflicts, negotiate priorities, and influence decision-making. Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Demonstrated leadership with a collaborative, team-oriented approach. Ability to travel internationally up to 80% (if required). Valid work visa for Canada and/or the United States is a plus.
