We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and ensure successful project delivery. This role involves building strong stakeholder relationships, aligning project goals with business objectives, and managing risks and compliance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile and PDLC environments and demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making capabilities. Key Responsibilities Build strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders through effective communication and influence. Take full ownership of project outcomes, including financials, issue resolution, and data accuracy. Align project goals with business objectives to ensure strategic value delivery. Proactively identify and mitigate risks in accordance with enterprise risk frameworks. Follow standardized project methodologies and support governance and compliance. Exercise sound judgment in decision-making, considering financial and risk implications. Plan, schedule, and report project progress in Agile and PDLC environments. Required Qualifications Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Agile and PDLC environments. Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, and reporting. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage risks and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Agile practices and frameworks such as TD Agile and TDI. Certifications such as PMI, Agile, or SAFe.
