We are currently hiring a **Senior Manager, Real Estate & Facilities (18-Month Contract)**based in our Head Office in Burnaby, reporting to the VP, Channel Operations & Real Estate.As the Senior Manager, Real Estate & Facilities, you will lead a team of managers and specialists, and guide the strategic planning, optimization, and delivery of initiatives within BCAA’s real estate portfolio and facilities operations. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end real estate lifecycle management and leasing activities, managing facilities infrastructure, maintenance and services, and the successful delivery of real estate and facilities projects for locations across the province.You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies, manage key vendor and partner relationships, and ensure facilities and real estate initiatives align with operational needs and long-term business objectives.
