Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Gestionnaire Produit Intégré (IPT) - Conduits d'air, Isolation et Planchers pour rejoindre notre organisation Programme basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous serez en contact quotidien/régulier avec les directeurs d'Airbus, d'Airbus Canada et la haute direction des fournisseurs. Vous ferez partie de l’équipe PDT Fuselage et Portes. L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement. En tant que Gestionnaire Produit Intégré (IPT) - Conduits d'air, Isolation et Plancher, vous définirez et fournirez des développements de composants conformes aux principaux objectifs du programme pour la gamme de produits IPT : Conduits d'air, Isolation et Planchers. Your challenges Ensure a consistent product evolution plan and Business Driven Product Roadmap. Integrate product change requests from different portfolios into synergistic modifications optimizing value for money and enabling seamless industrialization. Contribute to the arbitration between development portfolios. Ensure the multi-year operational planning of development projects for the IPT scope. Contribute to overall operational development planning of the A220 product developments. Ensure the definition of development projects with different complexity levels. Ensure the execution of the development of product modifications on time, cost and quality. Ensure supplier engagement and their contribution to the development projects. Mobilize, staff, organize and orient all contributing functions including suppliers to execute product modification projects. Apply Airbus project and program management standards and practices to development projects. Main tasks and responsibilities Build and lead multidisciplinary development teams. Create strategic, value for money driven and integrated component evolution plans and contribute to business driven program roadmaps. Deploy the business management system, performance monitoring & control for the projects with support of project management business partners. Lead performance management of development projects, anticipate deviations, formulate and define corrective actions if needed. Lead internal and external governance for development projects. Provide visibility to the PDT and top management. Manage top risks & opportunities related to product development projects and ensure proper mitigation plans. Drive continuous improvements in the product development management perimeter. Your profile You hold a bachelor and/or master degree in engineering, project management or other relevant field. You have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the aviation industry mainly in Programme function. You have a strong customer focused approach, teamwork, leadership and influence. You have a strong and convincing personality, at ease when interfacing with and challenging Senior Executives while maintaining a collaborative environment. You can navigate complex ecosystems and have deep understanding of Programme driven organizations. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You possess project Management skills. You have business acumen and financial understanding. You are proficient in French and English, in both speaking and writing.
