This role will play a pivotal part in accelerating our national reach, shaping our customer experience, and driving sustainable growth across all digital touchpoints.Position Overview Owns full funnel revenue performance, including CAC, LTV, MER, payback windows, and contribution margin across all DTC brands. This includes:Deploy and scale paid acquisition budgets per month across Meta, Google, TikTok, and affiliate channels while maintaining MER and payback discipline.Lead organic channels such as SEO, content, email, CRO.Developing full-funnel growth systems across awareness conversion retention.Overseeing UX and improving conversation metrics.Testing creative and messaging frameworks for still ads, video ads, landing pages, and email.Driving influencer and partnership channels with a strict ROI lens.Translating data into action, forecasting growth, and refining marketing efficiency ratios.This role requires a strategic thinker, a hands‑on operator, and a creative problem solver who understands the nuances of DTC healthcare, regulated marketing environments, and what actually converts customers at scale. A previous experience in this role is ideal.Key Responsibilities 1. Growth Strategy, Acquisition & Performance OptimizationBuild and execute full‑funnel, multi‑brand growth strategies across paid acquisition, organic channels, email/SMS, partnerships, and SEO.Own all paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, influencers, affiliates), including still ads, UGC, video creatives, and structured A/B testing frameworks.Analyze performance data (ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, scroll depth, heat‑maps, drop‑off points) using GA4, Triple Whale, PostHog, Looker, etc. to drive continuous optimization across awarenessconversionretention.Evaluate and enhance the onsite experience—identifying user drop‑offs, optimizing landing pages, refining UX flows, and improving abandoned‑cart, onboarding, and checkout performance.Build long‑term organic growth through SEO strategy, keyword development, content planning, and site authority building, ensuring visibility across Google and AI search engines.2. Brand Leadership, Creative Direction & Customer ExperienceDefine brand positioning, voice, messaging frameworks, and audience personas across multiple DTC healthcare brands.Oversee creative development across ads, landing pages, emails, video, PR content, and influencer campaigns to ensure high‑performing, cohesive storytelling.Manage lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, subscription retention flows) with continuous testing of segmentation, timing, and messaging to improve engagement and LTV.Lead community, influencer, and ambassador programs with a strong ROI lens, building authentic, compliant partnerships aligned with DTC healthcare standards.Drive UX and customer journey alignment, ensuring a seamless experience from ad click to purchase flow.3.
