Senior Operations Associate, Biospecimens This fixed‑term contract role (expires December 24, 2027) is integral to the success of STEMCELL’s global Biospecimens operations, supporting efficient delivery of products and services across manufacturing and commercial functions. Responsibilities Contributes to and coordinates operational process activities supporting both the manufacturing and sale of Biospecimens products and services Designs, builds, and maintains dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau to support leadership decision‑making Query and analyze large datasets using SQL and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to Biospecimens inventory strategy Assists with risk identification, issue tracking, mitigation planning, and supports issue resolution or escalation Facilitates cross‑functional communication to ensure aligned execution across teams Coordinates and executes process improvement initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement in methodologies, tools, and systems Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline 2–6 years of experience collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups in cross‑functional environments Solid understanding of business processes and/or product lifecycle management Demonstrated problem‑solving skills with clear, effective written and verbal communication Proficiency with data analysis tools and systems, such as SQL, Python, Tableau, and Snowflake. Certifications are considered an asset The annual salary for this job ranges from $71,200.00 - $96,400.00. Additional compensation may be offered for eligible sales incentives in accordance with company policy.
