Cafe Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bustling cafe. As the Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing a team, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all cafe activities, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness. Train and manage a team of cafe staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures. Create employee schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operations. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage areas. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training opportunities, and address any concerns or issues. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience. Knowledge of restaurant management principles and practices. Proficient in food safety regulations and procedures. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Management experience is essential – candidates without experience will not be considered.
