Our FI client is looking for a Product / Interaction Designer to join their team. This will be a 12+ month contract, fulltime hours per week, and onsite 4x per week in downtown Toronto (near Union Station).What you will do:Translate product requirements, user needs, and business goals into high-quality design solutionsCreate UI designs, interaction flows, wireframes, and prototypesDevelop and refine existing design system by integrating visual design, interaction design, and systems thinkingUnderstand user workflows and pain points, and produce, test and iterate on high quality designs to solve user needsPartner closely with product, engineering, marketing and strategy partners to define a north star and product experience for new featuresWhat you will bring:3-5 years of professional experience in Visual Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, with a focus on design systems.Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro or Framer.Strong collaborative and communication skillsFamiliarity with data-informed decision making#J-18808-Ljbffr
