Overview The Island Health Division of Neurology is seeking additional neurologists to join a group of five colleagues. Candidates will develop subspecialty Neurology services in one of three areas—Epilepsy, Headache, and Cognitive Neurology—complementing the existing Stroke, MS, Movement Disorders, Neurophysiology, and Neuro‑Ophthalmology services. The role involves inpatient and outpatient care while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance in a growing community. Opportunities for medical education through university affiliation are also part of this engaging practice environment. Responsibilities Participate in inpatient and outpatient-based care. Develop and lead subspecialty Neurology services in Epilepsy, Headache, or Cognitive Neurology. Provide medical education in collaboration with the University of British Columbia. Commit to community‑based stroke care. Qualifications Hold Royal College certification. Be eligible for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC.
