What You’ll Do Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and following up on leads from conferences, referrals, and industry connections. Develop and maintain trusted client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and proactively addressing needs, concerns, and growth opportunities. Identify and pursue account growth opportunities by analyzing customer usage, uncovering gaps, and creating targeted business plans. Lead discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and training to showcase solutions and align ESC offerings with client needs. Provide voice‑of‑the‑customer insights by identifying client feedback, issues, and enhancement opportunities to improve competitiveness. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, onboarding, and sales partners) to ensure smooth client setup and ongoing support. Ensure accurate sales reporting and forecasting by maintaining up‑to‑date records in Salesforce. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certificate in a related field (e.g., Law Clerk, Legal Assistant). Minimum 5+ years of experience managing and growing customer accounts. Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal). Proven experience driving, retaining, and expanding revenue using solution‑selling methodologies. Experience staying current on market trends, competitive activity, technical changes, and emerging innovations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience in KYC, PPSA, legal, search and registration, or related credit, risk, or lending operations is considered an asset.
