We are helping our client in Mississauga with a FP&A Manager role, this is a full-time permanent position with bonus, benefits, RRSP matching, and more. This is a hybrid role, 4 days on site, and has 3 direct reports.ResponsibilitiesLead the consolidation of the division’s financial results, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and key operational metrics.Oversee preparation of consolidated financial reporting packages for the GTA Homebuilding division, including month-end reporting, forecasts, budgets, pro forma analyses, and business review materials.Provide leadership and mentorship to a team consisting of one Senior Financial Analyst and two Financial Analysts.Act as a key support partner to the Canada accounting group by reviewing and approving accounting entries, coordinating joint venture reporting, and managing partner reporting requirements, cash distribution analysis, audit support, and investigation requests.Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles by ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consolidation of financial projections, while preparing executive-level presentation materials.Supervise monthly variance analysis and financial commentary processes, ensuring clear insights into business performance, trends, and key drivers are communicated to stakeholders and operational leaders.Assist with the enhancement and rollout of forecasting and budgeting systems, while supporting the ongoing development of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.Participate in special projects and additional financial analysis as needed.What You BringAt least 2 years of leadership experience within a finance function or public accounting environment, including direct team management responsibilities.CPA designationalong with a post-secondary degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.Strong background in FP&A and financial management within mid-sized or large organizations.Advanced expertise in financial modelling, including driver-based forecasting and cash flow planning, with a continuous improvement mindset.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present meaningful financial insights to various levels of the organization.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to navigate complex or ambiguous situations effectively.Relationship-focused professional with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated commitment to coaching, mentoring, and developing finance team capabilities.High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.#J-18808-Ljbffr
