About the Role As Centre Director, you’ll play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the centre. You’ll work closely with students, parents, teachers, and staff to create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment. This is an in-person position located in Caledonia, Ontario. Applicants must be able to commute to the centre. This is not a remote position, and relocation assistance is not available. Vulberable sector screening is mandatory. Responsibilities As Centre Director, your responsibilities will include: Welcoming families and explaining Oxford Learning programs to prospective parents Organizing schedules for students, teachers, and staff Administering and coordinating student assessments Developing and overseeing individualized learning programsBuilding relationships within the local community, including schools, sports organizations, and businesses Meeting regularly with parents to discuss student progress Ensuring the Oxford Learning philosophy and teaching methods are consistently upheld Creating a fun, energetic, and encouraging learning environment Coaching and supporting teaching staff in Oxford Learning methodologies Supporting the overall daily operations and growth of the centre Qualifications We encourage you to apply if you meet most of the following qualifications: Education University Degree or college duploma or post secondary equivalent Strong secondary school math skills are considered an asset Additional languages are an asset Experience & Skills Experience working in an educational setting or similar fast-paced environment Leadership or team management experience Strong organizational and communication skills Strong computer skills, including MS Office and online communication tools Customer service experience required; sales experience is an asset Professional and confident phone manner Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills Why Join Oxford Learning?
