Title and Summary Director, Strategy Pricing & InterchangeThe Director, Services Economics Enablement & Optimization will partner with a range of global and regional product areas across Services to develop pricing and go‑to‑market strategies, model outcomes, and align the entire value chain. The role requires analytical rigor, problem‑solving skills, customer‑value insight, and the ability to develop creative solutions that drive top‑line revenue growth. The incumbent will collaborate closely with stakeholders to align pricing and revenue initiatives at both global and regional levels.In this role, you will:Partner with key stakeholders to develop pricing and GTM strategies across a range of product areas.Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on key pricing frameworks and initiatives that inform decision‑making.Develop subject‑matter expertise in product verticals and pricing constructs, and provide advice and guidance on commercialization and implementation approaches.Support the evaluation and implementation of enhancements to Services GTM strategy to better align with the organization’s evolving business model.Partner with Services pricing lead to produce key presentation materials and support regional alignment, pricing council, governance, and economic initiatives.Work collaboratively across other teams, including Sales, product and strategy, to support execution and drive value.Communicate key findings and constructs to senior audiences.All About YouBA/BSC (MBA a plus), with previous experience in at least one of the following areas: strategy, consulting, M&A/finance, economics, and pricing (pricing experience preferred).Fast‑paced and highly analytical, demonstrating business acumen and thought leadership to deliver results within a global, growing, and profitable business.Proven ability to build and maintain strong, productive working relationships and influence senior leadership across a global, decentralized organization.Team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Mastercard is a merit‑based, inclusive, equal‑opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
