Under the responsibility of Starlink Aviation's Operations Manager, your role will be to safely plan and manage all of your international flights in close collaboration with the company's team. Employment Conditions Employment: Permanent Operation: International Type rating: Not required (Training provided) NTR: Yes License: TCCA ATPL Medical: Class 1 ICAO English: Level 4+ Visa sponsorship: Not provided Responsibilities Plan, brief, and execute international flights in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements, coordinating closely with Operations, Dispatch, and Maintenance. Exercise PIC authority with a strong safety-first mindset; apply sound risk assessment and decision-making in dynamic operational environments. Prepare performance calculations, fuel plans, routing, alternates, and secure overflight/landing permissions as required. Monitor weather, NOTAMs, and operational constraints; adapt plans and communicate proactively with stakeholders. Lead the crew with professionalism, CRM best practices, and clear communication in both French and English. Uphold SMS, SOPs, and all applicable regulations; maintain accurate flight and technical documentation. Represent Starlink Aviation with excellent interpersonal skills when liaising with clients, handlers, and ATC. Maintain currency, participate in training and checking, and contribute to continuous improvement.
