Location: Montreal, QC Canada Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Test Lead / Manager with strong background in manufacturing test engineering, PCB testing, failure analysis, and automated test systems. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end manufacturing test programs for complex PCB assemblies Lead test execution, stability, troubleshooting, and performance activities Perform failure analysis for electrical, RF, and functional issues Work with automated test fixtures and manufacturing test setups Analyze logs and scripts using Python or similar scripting languages Monitor yield trends, retest rates, and test quality metrics Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams Required Skills Factory / Manufacturing test experience PCB assembly and system-level testing RF measurements & signal integrity knowledge Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills Experience with automated test systems and fixtures Avanciers Incorporated thanks all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
