Position Summary Assists in the leadership of the Digital department processes, responds to problems and inquiries and develops associates through teaching and training. Ensures a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion. Plans and executes department activities based on workload and operational functions and assists on the sales floor as required. What You’ll Do Providing excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate. Assist in providing direction and the coordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the Digital Fulfillment Coach and the Store Management Team. Delegate, assist and follow up on completion of daily picking and dispensing tasks. Assess the overall presentation of Departments and in‑stock, noting deficiencies for corrective action. Ensure strong communication with associates, lead the daily Team Huddle at the start of each shift and provide the team with updates, set goals, and track productivity. Review completed schedules with People Lead. Assign Associates to support coverage and availability tasks in all areas of the store. Tours assigned areas with the Coach and team associates, validate and identify training opportunities. Develop associates through teaching and training and provide feedback as needed. Contribute to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris. Complete GTA/Workday tasks and support Management. Partner with Coach/People Lead to facilitate performance management and growth conversations for Associates. Support recruiting and hiring new associates. Compensation The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $20.25. Le taux horaire minimum pour ce poste débute à 20.25.
