We help brands unleash their unique point of view by conducting all our sales and marketing face‑to‑face. We are on the HUNT for someone to join as an Entry Level Sales Representative! This individual will be someone who likes to work in a fun and dynamic environment with the opportunity to learn and grow within the role. We are not looking for someone with a ton of experience because full training will be provided for the role. Every candidate will also be paired up with a seasoned field manager for a duration of 6 weeks. Responsibilities Sourcing new sales opportunities Navigating customers through our sales cycle Utilizing our CRM Personal and professional development On one‑on‑one mentorship Opportunities to grow into leadership roles Opportunity for travel (we have travelled around the world with our team) Bonuses and uncapped commissions Engage with new customers by having educated conversations around cell phones, internet, security and TV Attend sales and leadership seminars Develop public speaking skills Learn the art of the sale Identify a customer's need and deliver presentations Opportunities to work at events like the CNE, Montreal Grand Prix Qualifications Motivated by reward Wants to learn and grow Loves high energy, fast‑paced environments Wants to be paid for performance (commissions) Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills Competitive and values a great work culture 1–2 years experience in retail, hospitality or customer service is an asset Must be able to commute to Etobicoke Local candidates only.
